The building of a boat has several phases
- Metal work, construction of hull and deck kasko
- Plumbing and Electrical
- Interior wood work
- Mast, deck fitting, sail plan etc
I hope I am not forgetting anything important. So step number one will be welding the metal parts.
So to keep the fun of doing it and balancing with the cost, we decided to do the work at a place near a friend who has a metal work shop.. In this way it will still be auto construction but with the assistance of a professional welder.
